Cosmic Report NR. 10 brings good news about the progress in our cosmos. August 7, Black Cloud or his companion brought me closer to events that I knew were happening on another planet. People behaved differently and dressed differently.

Cosmic Report NR. 10: Devora, a planet of friendly people

When I woke up, I called Cloud and told him to give our space friends access to this community.

A few hours later, a message arrived: “Devora, between us and you.”

With this, Cloud or his companion confirmed that there was another community at the top of the middle cosmos. Our space friends visited them, told them the good news, and agreed to cooperate. They told me that they were enthusiastic about the Devorians, as they were very kind and friendly.

In about 24 hours, we reviewed everything, gave them new bodies, and relocated them to other communities from the middle cosmos that we had liberated, organized, and relocated to our space friends’ planet in the fall of 2023. We cleaned up their planet, tidied it up, and brought several robots to take care of it. The Devorians will be able to visit it whenever they want.

After the relocation, we handed them over to the supra-planetary group, the Planetary Council, and the provincial and municipal administrations, which will help them integrate into their new lives.

All those who are single or unhappy in their relationships will be given new partners. They have already received other benefits, such as new houses, money, and new abilities.

Cosmic Report NR. 10: The dead went “behind the night”

We have also begun to revive the dead. When we asked them if they knew where they had gone after death, they said they had gone ” behind the night.”

We also asked them if they knew the Black Clouds. They replied that they did. They call them “Vesuni” or “shiny”.

I also saw that the Cloud’s black body sparkled brightly, as if it were emitting light.

They said that the Clouds watch them from beyond the horizon, but do not come down to them.

When we have everything ready for Devorians, we will prepare a planetary welcome for the new members of our cosmic family and give them beautiful gifts.

Cosmic Report NR. 10: Keys for Earth

On August 8, Cloud said that after Devora’s relocation was complete, it would be Earth’s turn.

“I will throw down the keys,” and then, “Earth is confirmed.”

The discovery and liberation of the new and last community in the middle cosmos is a huge success, as we have effectively liberated all planets except Earth. Only our planet at the bottom and the Black Clouds at the top of our cosmos remain.

With this, the last “shield” between the Clouds and our part of the cosmos has also disappeared. Now the energy field of Good extends from the 4th dimension, in which there are six new Earths and Palki, all the way to the Clouds.

This is a huge field that positively influences the Clouds, softening them and changing them. It is also preparing them for the end of Earth’s blockade, their transformation into humans, and relocation to the planet of the Selinis.

Black Clouds are in danger

I have told the Black Cloud and its companion many times that their community is in mortal danger.

They were created by higher beings for their own selfish needs. In our cosmos, we can see how their systems worked in three different parts of the cosmos. All of them were equally hierarchical, exploitative, harmful, and deadly.

Instead of dealing with the survival of their community, the Clouds are wasting time blocking Earth. I managed to find out the name of my incarnant and the name of the planet from which they incarnated him into me. I have also got the date of the end of his incarnation, which is the date of my death. March 4, 2039.

The Clouds do not know who created them, where these beings come from, what they are like, what plans they have for them, when their lives will end, or what happens after death.

Instead of doing everything they can to obtain vital information, meeting with these beings and agreeing to leave them alone, they waste time, energy, and team resources, and put pressure on us with the blockade.

Cosmic Report NR. 10: The cosmic Change is already transforming Black Cloud

On August 14, Cloud said, “I have placed myself above you, even though I have no right to do so,”. Later, he called the blockade “a control.”

This is already the first effect of the Good’s cosmic field and the first concrete change in Cloud’s behavior. From his characteristic speech, I concluded that he is afraid of Good.

First, he says something positive, then waits a moment, and then denies it with a contradictory statement.

In doing so, he expresses his fear of Good and success. He denies the positive statement as if he were afraid of having said something bad.

This is also an expression of dualistic, dialectical, and bipolar behavior, which is characteristic of the Karmic System of Good and Evil. According to this false, foolish, and harmful system, Good and Evil should be in balance.

People should say half of their sentences positively and half negatively. This is impossible and nonsensical, but very common with the Black Cloud.

Cosmic Report NR. 10: Harmonization sphere to align Black Cloud with Good

I told our space friends to create an energy sphere in which there is perfect symmetry of colors, shapes, and patterns. They should add pleasant feelings and sounds and place it in the space where they work.

The Cloud, which is constantly watching them, will also watch this sphere. It will help him to align himself with its perfection, abandon dualistic and plus-minus behavior, and begin to think, speak, and act only positively.

The discovery, visit, liberation, and relocation of the Devorians is a huge success. It also confirms that Change has come to our cosmos to change everything. From the lowest Earth to the highest Black Clouds.

The Cloud’s statement that he has no right to place himself above us shows that he, too, has begun to change. Today, he said “New Platform,” which means he is starting to change his behavior.

How long it will take for the Change to prepare Cloud to lift the blockade, I do not know. I do know that there are no more liberation projects until the liberation of our planet.

The Cloud’s statement that Devora is between us and you, and Devora’s statement that they are watching them from beyond the horizon, confirms that there is no one left in the middle cosmos, and that only the Clouds remain above.

Cosmic Report NR. 10: The date of Earth’s liberation is set in stone in Existence

It is important to understand that the date of Earth’s liberation is the same, regardless of what happens between now and then.

Fortunately, I receive enough information to have at least a rough idea of what is happening in our cosmos. The liberation of Devora is the last task before the liberation of Earth.

With our space friends, we have everything ready for Freedom Day. We even have the Cosmic Administration flag when our planet is liberated.

The draft of the Planetary Report, which Sanja and I will write when she comes to visit me, and with which we will announce the Good News, is also ready.

All that is left is just the end of the blockade.
