As you can read in my series of books Letters to Palkies Messages to my friends on another planet, in 2015 I was visited by the Big Black Cloud, an energy being from higher dimensions. He told me that he was impressed with me and that he would guide me from the 9th to the 12th dimension. From August to October of that year we met a few more times in dreams, but after that, we never saw each other in person or spoke again. The last time I saw him was in December 2018, when he was floating on my left side as I sat at my desk. I call him a Cloud because it looks like a cloud, black and very shiny in color. He can change its appearance and size at will and turn into anything he wants. In my dreams, I saw him as a giant creature that occupied all the visible space, but when it was floating in my apartment, it was about 40 by 20 centimeters.
I now know that the Big Black Cloud brought two groups here around the autumn of that year: our space friends and the controllers. You have probably heard the saying, “As above so below”, which made me realize that the same rules apply in their world as in ours. Our whole cosmos is controlled by beings who live above our cosmos and, according to the sequential interpretation, have also created our cosmos. Once upon a time, one or two beings were sent into our cosmos and thus “incarnated” into the “body” of our cosmos. Then he or they divided themselves into lower and lower beings, and according to this interpretation, we too came into existence as the lowest beings in this cosmos.
This sequential and cause-and-effect explanation of Life, and indeed of our cosmos, is wrong, because, in reality, everything happens simultaneously. For the sake of ease of understanding, I write in a sequential mode, although in reality we did not arise from higher beings by their division into lower beings, but have existed since ever on our timeline, which of course also applies to them and all other beings in all cosmoses.
Since we had no direct insight into what was going on in the upper part of our cosmos, I was able to assume, following the “As above, so below” approach, that they too were living according to the same system that came into our cosmos along with the pre-programmed one or two energy beings that were or were the first beings in our cosmos. According to this false system, Life and All That Is is supposed to work according to the principle of balance between Good and Evil. The Evil Karmic organization, which fortunately we have already abolished, also worked according to this system. Now it is our turn to abolish this same system in the higher dimensions, all the way to the top of our cosmos.
Ideology, system, and the equation of Evil
This theory and practice, ideology and system, holds that Good must be balanced with Evil, otherwise, it is Evil. If it is only Good, it is not Good. If there is only Evil, there is no Good. It is good if Good and Evil are together. The formula reads as follows: Good + Evil = Good. In practice, this means that one thing has had its opposite deliberately, artificially, and violently added to it to “balance” it.
When the karmic scriptwriters wrote the scripts for our lives, they were careful to ensure that Good and Evil were evenly distributed. In time, because of the extremely negative influence of Evil on all beings, they became more and more evil, corrupt, and violent psychopathic sadists, putting more and more Evil and less and less Good on the scales. Their formula was to balance Good and Evil in ways that are very familiar, unpleasant, and distressing to us all:
1. Life with death.
2. Health with illness.
3. Youth with old age.
4. Truth with lie.
5. Peace with fear, violence, and war.
6. Wealth with poverty.
7. Freedom with slavery.
8. Independence with dependence and addiction.
9. Beauty with ugliness.
10. Love with hate.
11. Air, water, and food with poisons.
12. Whites with blacks.
13. Cowboys with Indians.
14. Cops with criminals.
15. Normality with madness.
16. Joy with sorrow.
17. Happiness with sadness.
18. Success with failure.
19. Safety with danger.
20. Work with laziness.
21. Importance with Poorness.
22. Elite with mob.
23. Masters with servants.
24. Heterosexual with homosexual.
Homosexuals are not inherently Evil because of their different sexual identities, but the karmic violent distortion of sexual identity and sexuality is an Evil act.
Once the karmicons have balanced most of the important things, all they have left is human common sense. How to corrupt and subdue it as much as possible, they wondered long into the black night. I know, said the most negative karmic, who was completely rotten with wickedness – with faith. The karmicons jumped up and shouted, screamed, and growled like wild hyenas, that’s the right balance. They soon discovered that religious faith is a special weight on the scale countering and confronting common sense, for it makes people give up personal power, freedom, independence, and sovereignty and become weak, servile, dependent, and submissive. They packaged faith in religion and added kitsch iconography, set design, and costume design for good measure and the Holy Mass of Evil was ready.

Then they invented god, the Church, and the Bible and sent them among the people, so that Lie and Stupidity, hand in hand and disguised as religion, would drive common sense out of their heads, take up residence in them, and rule them blindly.
26. God with the devil.
God is falsely represented as good, although there is no difference between god and the devil, both are evil.
27. Paradise with hell.
28. Religious with nonreligious.
In our new cosmos, we have abolished the Evil Karmic organization and its harmful, destructive, and deadly system of Good and Evil. There is only Good left with us, and although we are out of “balance” according to karmic theory, everything works a thousand times better than it did before according to their system of “balanced” duality of opposites. While their Evil System was driven by a dialectical fight of opposites in violent conflict, our model of life operates based on attuned unanimity and peaceful harmony.
The whole cosmos was in the Balance of Evil, which was supposed to be Good
That the balance between Good and Evil is necessary, beneficial, and even indispensable is a plain and ugly Lie, absurd and nonsense, but even the highest beings in our cosmos have operated and are still partially operating according to this equation of Evil. And even though this ideology of Evil was also harmful, destructive, and deadly for them because they all sacrificed themselves to this system and eventually died. This system can only be observed on our planet and nowhere else in our cosmos until the 8th dimension, as there is no longer any form of Evil on the other planets. On Belena and Teba in the 10th dimension, we are already abolishing the old system of Evil, while the Clouds above are still operating according to the “equilibrium”.
That’s why the Big Black Cloud brought two groups here in 2015: the Selinis, our space friends from the 6th dimension, and – as we found out in August – the Belenis from the 10th dimension. The Selinis were given the role of the good beings and the Belenis the role of the bad beings. The Selinis were supposed to help us and the Belenis were supposed to restrict, block, and harm us, by controlling our space friends and me as well.
Our space friends told me that for the first two years after their arrival, they did nothing and were in total blockade. They did not know where they were, what they were going to do here, how long they were going to be here, and they could not communicate with their families back home to tell them that they were alive. Their work started in December 2017, when, at my suggestion, all the sick people who were in the hospitals were cured on the planet Palki. This miraculous act also started the liberation of our cosmos from the 3rd to the 8th dimension from the Karmic organization. Today we can see that the whole project consists of 3 parts:
1. First, we liberated one planet – the planet Palki.
2. Then we liberated the whole cosmos.
3. Only one planet remains planet Earth.
This system, one planet – the whole cosmos – one planet is divided into four periods of time:
1. 2015 to 2017, when our space friends were already present but not yet operational. One day we will find out why the Clouds and the Belenis blocked them for so long.
2. 2017 to 2019 – during this time we liberated the first planet under karmic occupation, the planet Palki.
3. 2019 to 2021 – during this period we liberated the whole cosmos except Earth.
4. 2021 to 2023 – during this time we have done many other important and beneficial projects for the development of our cosmos and now we are just waiting for the lifting of the blockade of the Earth, which by all indications is very close.

Following this easily recognizable pattern of projects and timing, this year marks the end of the 4th two-year period, in which the liberation of our cosmos is to be completed. This means, of course, that the Earth could also be liberated this year. If not before, we will see on 1 January 2024 whether this pattern has worked for Earth too or not. So far, everything has played out exactly according to this pattern and, according to the latest developments, the whole project could also end with the liberation of the Earth by the end of 2023.
