Planetary Report NR. 7 presents the new update on Earth’s temporary occupation. While we are creating the first fairy planet in our new cosmos on the planet Palki, we are still under Black Cloud’s blockade on Earth.

Our planet is still the only one and the last one that is struggling, suffering, and dying under the old karmic System of Evil. Poverty, hunger, disease, religion, injustice, crime, violence, war, Putin and Trump, suffering, and death.

Fortunately, last fall, the attention of Change shifted to the Black Cloud and began to change him and prepare for the end of the blockade.

Planetary Report NR. 7: The Black Cloud has a companion

In July, I saw Cloud in a dream, standing or floating sideways, reaching from above down to a person, or rather me, below.

I assume that his companion showed me that scene, as it showed his interior and not the outer black colored cloudiness. Inside, it is bright metallic blue. All over his body, he has some kind of dots or holes that are evenly spaced.

None of us can see inside ourselves, so I assume that someone else, his companion, showed me Cloud’s X-ray image.

Cloud is alone

This also confirmed that Cloud was alone, as there was no one else beside him. What is happening to me confirms this, as he constantly monitors what I am doing. As soon as I start talking to Jac, my friend from the planet Palki, who is with his energy body floating around me, he grabs him and squeezes him so that he cannot speak.

Considering that he does this constantly, day and night, it means that he is always present. At the same time, he also watches and blocks our space friends and observes what our people are doing on Palki.

There is also a possibility that he sends messages to the communicators present on tablet computers, which they then read. It is also possible that his companion or even both of them do this.

Because Cloud is fully occupied with us, he does not have time to look around the entire cosmos, which contains 200,000 planets in 5 dimensions.

This is important because in my dreams, someone regularly moves me to different planets throughout the cosmos. There, he shows me the tasks we have to complete.

He places me among criminals, addicts, believers, or weirdos. Then he wakes me up, and I call our space people to look at my dreams. They find the planet and check if action is needed.

Based on this, I realized that Cloud is alone and that he has a companion, meaning there are no other Clouds. This also means that their community has the same program as they had in the middle cosmos, and also here with us.

Planetary Report NR. 7: Our cosmos is divided into three parts

Beings from the higher cosmos created our cosmos with three separate parts. The entire cosmos operates according to the dual approach of Evil and Good.

Evil is supposed to be necessary for the balance of the cosmos, because, according to this false interpretation, it would collapse if there were no Evil. If there were only Good, it would not be able to function. Why not? The Space Lie does not say.

In the upper part live the Clouds, energy beings with energy bodies in the form of black clouds.

In the middle cosmos, people like us lived on flat planets. After liberation in 2023, we moved them to a planet belonging to our space friends, Selini.

In the middle cosmos, they did not incarnate, but had Sevuda (Emptiness). It was an artificially created energy world, a simulation or dream world, to which they sent adult men. First, their memories were blocked, and then they were sent into a kind of dream for two years.

I was there once during the dream time. Furthermore, I assume that the companion of Black Cloud moved me there. I saw corridors with walls that changed colors and shapes. Men were standing, walking, and talking. They did nothing there because they had no memory. They didn’t know who they were, where they came from, or what they were doing there. Nothing.

In the lower part of the cosmos, there are six dimensions from 3 to 8, in which people live.

The Karmic Organization and its Matrix of Evil

The lower part of the cosmos was controlled by the Evil Karmic Organization. The Karmicons created scenarios for incarnations, tested them in live simulations (you can read more about this in Michael Duff Newton’s books), and then materialized them on planets.

A live simulation means that incarnants entered the “film”. They experienced parts of the future incarnation or life of the person they would incarnate into, even before that person was born. Incarnation was forced and extremely unpleasant for the incarnants. They had to leave their current lives and go into the lives of other people.

After the end of life and the first physical death, there was a week-long review of life on a tablet computer. This was followed by a second death, when the deceased was transformed into his incarnant, disappearing forever. The incarnant returned home, while the deceased moved to his memory shelf called “Previous Lives.”

At the end of the incarnation cycles, only one would remain, the highest or “god.” This one divided himself into humans and animals, learned through various experiences, and then reassembled into the One and Only.

Planetary Report NR. 7: Cloud is in incarnation

A cow on the street. — Who was so good in their previous life that they earned such an honor and were born as a saint? Just kidding.

After the July revelation of the Cloud’s interior, with which his companion showed me that Cloud is alone, I realized that he, too, is in a kind of “incarnation” or “Sevuda” (Emptiness).

The members of his community locked his memory, assigned him a companion, and sent him to the lower part of the cosmos. Cloud flew through the middle and the lower part of the cosmos. I remember when the news came that they saw him also in Sevuda, in the dream part of the middle cosmos.

This confirms that the higher beings from the higher cosmos created the same program for all three parts of our cosmos.

A common feature of all three programs is memory restriction and departure to a foreign environment. There, a person does not know who he is, where he came from, where he is, what he is supposed to do there, or how long he will be there. After a certain period, the person was picked up again, his memory was restored, and he continued his life in the community.

Now everything has changed, because with this revelation—three identical systems in three different but similar forms (all involving memory blocking and relocation to a foreign place)—incarnation, Sevuda, and Cloud’s descent to us—Cloud’s project has come to an end.

The essence of this project is ignorance. Knowledge eliminates ignorance and thus concludes the substantive part of this project, as it no longer makes sense due to its disclosure. I told Cloud all this, so now he knows it too. Now he has knowledge, which eliminates ignorance, which is the essence of this and similar projects.

Cloud is blocked, so he also blocks others

Cloud has become attached to me and unconsciously blocks anyone who could threaten this attachment.

In January 2019, he therefore also interrupted communication between Sanja and me. He blocks our space friends and squeezes Jac when he tries to speak with me, so we cannot communicate (communication comes from the word communion, which means connection and unification).

He also interrupts my business contacts and deters potential business partners. While I sleep, he hinders my lucid dreaming, interrupts our interaction with Sanja in my dreams, and wakes me up dozens of times during a single sleep.

In this way, he maintains his isolation, which he unconsciously transfers—projects onto us. Just as he was isolated, he now isolates us. Because he cannot connect with anyone, he prevents us from connecting.

Cloud is obsessed with me

Especially me, because our space friends are on the spaceship with their partners, families, friends, and colleagues, while I am here alone.

He prevents me from connecting with others and forces me to be alone like him. In this way, he changes me and forces me to be the same as him, alone, excluded, and separated. In this way, he shows me and us how he feels when he is alone and excluded.

Even though this makes him feel bad, he does the same to others. The only memory he has is a pattern of restriction, exclusion, and separation. What the members of his community did to him, he is now doing to us.

By blocking the liberation of Earth, he is also preventing the relocation of Earthlings to new planets and their inclusion in the cosmic community.

I currently have representatives of all three “incarnation” systems at the same time. Cloud – I don’t know what they call such a project; three guys from Sevuda, and five karmicons. One of them is even inside me, together with Zlatko, a “civilian” or a man from one of the planets in the 4th dimension.

Planetary Report NR. 7: Existence and three simultaneous projects in our cosmos

Existence, or Everything that exists, is carrying out three projects in our cosmos:

1. Existence and beings from the higher cosmos who control the Black Clouds from the higher part of our cosmos.

2. Existence and the Black Cloud, which temporarily resides in the lower part of the cosmos and blocks us.

I assume that the Clouds have a rule not to interfere with what is happening below. They never have before, as there are no historical records of them. Even the karmicons did not know about them, as they did not mention them.

This is his direct project, which was not planned by beings from the upper cosmos or by the Clouds, but is his intervention.

3. Existence and us: me, Sanja, and I, our Palki company, Me and my mom, the Planetary Council of Palki with Miša and her team, and our space friends.

All three projects are different and are not connected in terms of the collaborators, that is, us. Some collaborators were present with others – in our case, these are the karmicons, Black Cloud, and three guys from Sevuda.

When we liberated the middle cosmos and abolished Sevuda, everyone who was in it returned home. Cloud violently detained these three boys and brought them to me so that they could read the messages.

This was not necessary at all, as there were enough karmicons present. The boys from the middle cosmos are still here without any memory. They were violent for a few years, but now they have calmed down and we get along well.

We have our own project

Our project is not their project, as they are not awakened and aware.

They acted for themselves and for their benefit. Cloud works from the top down and is harmful to us. We work from the bottom up and for the benefit of all.

His project is not a real project, but only an expression of violence and mental disorder. Limited memory in itself is not a mental disorder, but senseless violence against others is.

Cloud has limited memory, the karmicons have partially limited memory, and the guys from Sevuda also have limited memory.

Just today, I told them that their temporary stay here is like a dream. Because of their limited memory, they are not real people, but merely exist in a void.

When they regain their memory, they will “wake up” and remember who they are. Their current state and their current version will disappear, just as our dream self disappears when we wake up.

Building a house in dreams

I told Cloud that the blockade is unnecessary, as it will achieve nothing. When his memory is restored, he will wonder why he put it there in the first place, as it is completely pointless.

It’s like spending the whole night in a dream building a house, carrying bricks, stacking them in rows, working hard and struggling, and then waking up to find that the house has disappeared in an instant.

The same is true of the blockade. With his return home and to himself, it will disappear along with his current “dream” version of himself without memory.

The blockade is a temporary project that will disappear, while our project of liberating Existence is permanent, because it will work forever.

The first part of our project is the liberation of our cosmos, other cosmoses, and the entire Existence. The second part is maintaining the new state, forever.

Cloud is only here temporarily, and even in this short time, it is causing harm to itself and other beings.

Planetary Report NR. 7: The New Space Administration is already liberating Earth

Since 2029, we have been taking care of deceased humans and animals, as well as humans and animals who have been dead for a long time.

First, we temporarily housed the deceased on a spaceship. In 2022, we began to relocate them to six new planets in the same solar system, where the planet Palki is located.

We give the deceased new bodies and relocate them to new planets. At the same time, we also revive their ancestral families back to the first member, on both the mother’s and the father’s side.

This means that we already take care of two-thirds of Earth’s population: the deceased and the dead, leaving only the living.

No new incarnants

New incarnants no longer come to Earth, and there are no new karmic agents to accompany them. The number of karmicons present is decreasing day by day. Every day, we lift about 2 million karmicons together with the deceased Earthlings, rejuvenate them, turn them into boys, and return them to their parents.

This means that there are about 10 of them around every Earthling.

Approximately 180,000 people die every day, and with them, approximately 2 million karmic persons also depart. There are no new ones, so this task is coming to an end, and the number of harmful beings on our planet is decreasing every day.

New Earthlings are being born, the dead are leaving, so the population remains roughly the same. With the dead, we revive their entire maternal and paternal families. Since December 2019, we have already raised approximately 400 million deceased Earthlings.

If each person had only 10 deceased relatives, there would already be 4 billion of them on the new Earth, but there could be many more, as some families had more than 100 members.

The karmicons are leaving Earth

As I wrote in my previous Report, since 2022, when we abolished the Karmic Organization and incarnation throughout the cosmos, new children on Earth no longer have karmic servants in their vicinity who would impose harmful thoughts, feelings, and emotions on them according to karmic scenarios. With special devices that look like small mixing desks in audio and video studios, they also caused them disturbances, malfunctions, breakdowns, illnesses, and probably even deaths.

All that remained was Earth below and the Cloud community above. Instead of Black Cloud realizing what was happening, lifting the blockade, calling his people, and telling them to lift him immediately because he had important news for their community, he is wasting time and energy with the blockade.

When they lift him, it will be as if he has awakened. He will realize that everything he has been doing here has been just stirring up fog in some kind of dream. He will gain nothing from this, as this version of his personality will disappear in an instant when his memory is reconnected. The previous version, which had memory and knew who he was, will appear or return.

Cloud is going home

I told our space friends to prepare a message for Cloud and give him a summary of this Report you are now reading.

Perhaps such a direct revelation will help him understand what is going on, abandon his delusions, stop his violence against us, lift the blockade, and turn towards home. He should go home to his kind rather than to plunge deeper into oblivion at the bottom of our cosmos.

This will also end Cloud’s “incarnation.” When we come to the Clouds later on, we will also help them to abolish the old, harmful, foreign, and imposed system—created by beings from a higher cosmos—and accept a new model of life in Goodness.

We will also suggest that they transform into humans and move to our part of the cosmos. This will complete the liberation of our cosmos and achieve relative independence.

To gain complete independence, we must contact higher beings from the higher cosmos and agree that they leave us alone. We must prevent them from lifting us to them, appropriating our experiences, and devouring us. Same as the karmicons did after the end of incarnations and incarnation cycles.

Planetary Report NR. 7: How will the blockade of Earth end?

Cloud’s blockade will end in one of four ways:

1. He will realize what is happening on his own. I told him everything he needed to know to stop blocking us, start preparing to go home, and tell his companion to take him home.

I told him to tell them upon arrival that he knows who he is, where he is from, and what is happening in the lower cosmos. With knowledge, the project of ignorance, which is essential for projects such as incarnation and Sevuda, comes to an end.

2. The Upper Clouds will pull him up themselves at the end of his temporary stay here.

3. Existence will allow us to develop and rise to his dimension and remove the blockage ourselves.

4. Existence will send beings from another cosmos to help us.

All four options are good for us, but I would prefer that Existence allow us to develop independently, to rise to higher dimensions, fly to Cloud, remove his blockade ourselves, and take him home.

Everything has an end, except for a stick, which has two

Every story has a beginning, a middle, and an end, except for eternity, which never began and will never end. Karma, Sevuda, and the Cloud’s blockade are not eternal projects, but only temporary ones.

The Karmicons have been around for millions of years and are no longer here today. Sevuda is also no longer here; only the “incarnation” of Cloud remains.

We know that Cloud has been in “incarnation” for at least 10 years, as that is how long the blockade has been going on. This month will mark 10 years since he appeared to me. As far as I know, he or his companion brought our space friends to me in September 2015.

We are getting closer to the day when the blockade will also be lifted. I have told Cloud several times to lift the blockade and tell his companion to take him home. Their game is over with the revelation of his temporary “incarnation” in our part of the cosmos.

For the survival of their community, it is very important that they abolish the old system as soon as possible and start living differently. This will give them at least a minimal chance of survival. Beings from the upper cosmos who created them still see them as nothing more than “food.”

A heavenly life awaits us on the fairy planets

All three of the above-mentioned projects are separate. We are collaborating with Existence on a huge project to Change the entire Existence and all cosmoses.

The Karmic Masters were temporary, as was Sevuda, since neither of them exists anymore. We have moved the inhabitants of the middle cosmos to our part of the cosmos.

The similar project of “incarnating” the Clouds is also temporary and will end when we visit them and help them abolish the old system and accept the new one.

Only Earth below and the Clouds at the top of our cosmos remain to change.

In simultaneity, Everything has already happened, so we are entering into what already exists. The end of the blockade is approaching, and our Freedom is already waiting for us to enter it.
