In August 2015, I was at home listening to the music of Love, and suddenly heard a man’s voice: “I’m not only fascinated by you but also…” With that phrase a new era began, bringing an unnecessary, pointless, stupid, and harmful planetary blockade.
In reality, the Cloud only blocks our space friends, but fortunately, it leaves the planets alone. Nevertheless, I call his violence a ‘planetary blockade’ because blocking our space friends puts us Earthlings under a blockade too.
The Big Black Cloud and his planetary blockade
After that, I saw a giant black-colored energy being in my dreams a few times. Because it resembled a cloud, I called it the Big Black Cloud.
I assumed that he was speaking to me and that an ally had finally come to help Sanja and me to come together. It will have been 10 years since then in the autumn.
Black Cloud, now I just call him Cloud, never came to me, introduced himself, and told me who he was, where he was from, and why he had come. After 9 and a half years, I still do not know.
Even though he is in hiding, I have learned a lot about him through his actions. With the blockade, he told almost everything about himself.
With the natural need and desire to become and get something, everything is fine as long as we pursue our needs and desires in an honest, peaceful, and helpful way. However, it becomes very complicated with personality-retarded, irrational, and violent persons who pursue their needs and desires in a selfish, violent, and harmful way.
Blocking is the expression of a person who is personally retarded and who is unable to communicate directly, openly, and honestly with others. He is blocked and that is the reason he blocks others.
Because of fear, shame, and insecurity, he hides behind others and uses them as shields, masks, and puppets through which to speak. The blockage is a symptom of Cloud’s personality retardation and identity drama.
As above so below
Beings from a higher cosmos created our cosmos. When we gain access to the highest inhabitants of our cosmos, we will learn whether all three groups of inhabitants were settled simultaneously, or added gradually.
Our cosmos is divided into three parts:
1. The upper part is inhabited by energetic beings such as the Cloud. They live in empty energy fields where there are no suns, planets, nature, or objects. They do nothing but float and fly to and fro.
2. In the middle lived the people we moved to the planet from our space friends in 2023. In this part of the cosmos, humans lived like us, but they didn’t incarnate.
Men had to go to “Sevuda” for 5 years. It was an artificially created world similar to our dream worlds. Before they left, they had their memories sealed so that in sevuda they did not know who they were, where they were from, where they were, why they were there, and how long they would be there.
This is a variation of the incarnation because incarnants were blocked from memory when they incarnated into a child at birth.
3. We live below. The Evil Karmic Organization ruled our part of the cosmos from the 3rd to the 8th dimension for millions of years. The inhabitants of the higher dimensions have been forcibly incarnated into children of the inhabitants of the lower dimensions.
Earthlings are the only ones who have not been incarnated because our planet is at the bottom of the cosmos, and there is no one below us.

The common characteristic of the whole old cosmos and all three parts is Evil.
“By their actions, you will know them”, the karmic people used to say.
By Evil we can know that the beings from the higher cosmos who created our cosmos are also at least half Evil. This is also true of the Clouds, who are still using the blockade to inflict violence on our space friends, on me and Sanja, on Zlatko and Jac.
Planetary blockade is ending: The last swing with the devil’s tail
Fortunately for us, Evil is disappearing from our cosmos. Apart from the abolition of the Karmic Organization, this is also clearly visible in the reduction of the blockade.
After the autumn of 2015, when I met Cloud in a dream a few times, I forgot about him, as he did not appear anymore.
At the beginning of 2016, young couples from the karmic prison on the planet Brot started coming to me. I knew that someone had brought them to me, but it was not clear who. We became good friends with most of them. They helped me to confirm my assumptions about the Karmic Organization and also told me many new things that I did not know about the karmicons.
One of the most important things I did not know at the time was that our space friends have been with us since September 2015. I will only find this out in December 2017, when they will heal all the sick people in the hospitals on Palki. The blockade started with their arrival.
This is absurd because Cloud brought them to us to help us, and then blocked them for more than two years. Fortunately, the blockade has been easing since our space friends first helped the Palki. Cloud is blocking only a few more procedures for our part of the cosmos, and Earth. It is the only and last planet still living, suffering, and dying according to the old karmic plan.
It is absurd that the Karmic Organization, which wrote the scripts for all the people on our planet, has been gone for many years, and we are still living according to their Evil System.

Change is now primarily concerned with Cloud
Having completed most of the work in the lower and middle cosmos, the Cosmic Change is now actively and intensively dealing with the Cloud.
Since last August, several concrete changes have occurred around me. This enables me to recognize patterns and understand events better. I foresee that the end of the blockage is getting closer.
In December, the wall between Cloud and me, or rather us – me, Zlatko, and Jac – came down.
I had previously thought Cloud was somewhere high above our space friends, so I called out to him more loudly so he could hear me. In December, I realized that he was always near me. The karmic people above me are in a room that used to be part of the karmic center in Podutik, in Ljubljana on Palki, and he is above them.
Our space friends long ago dematerialized the center from which Palkies were forcibly incarnated on Earth. Jac was also brought to me from the same center.
All that remains is a larger room, dark and permeated with the Evil of the thousands of karmic servants who have come to me over the years to prey and torment me in every possible way. They used special technology to give me toothaches and headaches, to tear my heart to pieces, to suffocate me, and even to hit me with an electric baton.
Cloud is above this room, where there are now four karmic people; two of them are still his speaking masks. He used the karmic men as human shields, masks, and puppets through which he spoke. Last December, I found this out, which ended the period of hiding and revealed the real situation.
Cloud mostly speaks through the tall karmic man who is his double. This guy, who is about 25 years old, is completely personality-destroyed and is a real psychopath. The term means “sick soul” – “psyche” is Greek for “soul” and “pat” is short for “pathological” or “sick”.
After the December revelations, Cloud created an artificial double through which he spoke. It is possible that he temporarily transformed himself into a fictitious human being, or that he separated a part of himself and transformed it into a human being.
