Planetary Report NR. 8: A Step Forward, At Last
Planetary Report NR. 8 brings news about the development of Earth’s liberation project. The good news from the previous message, “Yesterday, (Black Cloud) told me that our space friends had cleared out the entire hall and are converting it into an operations center for the liberation of Earth”, was followed by even better news the day before yesterday.
We have begun returning home the inhabitants of other planets (civilians) who, according to a karmic scenario, were on Earth in the vicinity of Earthlings along with the karmic agents – the karmicons.
Yesterday afternoon, that is, on Thursday, July 16, Black Cloud announced the names of some of the planets and the number of civilians who had returned home, ranging from a few dozen to a hundred to a thousand.
Most of the 20 million planets under the control of the karmic agents were small, which is why the numbers are lower. A few planets were similar in size to Earth, and from these they likely took tens and hundreds of millions of civilians and forcibly brought them to Earth. There, or more precisely, here, together with the karmicons, they were near the people, about two meters above and in front of us, so they were constantly observing what we were doing. They, the karmicons, still are, were in special energy chambers where they do not need food, water, or sleep, and were also energetically connected to us, so they felt everything we felt.
Planetary Report NR. 8: Cloud had Already Mentioned Civilians From Other Planets on Earth on June 1 of This Year
Here is an excerpt from the message before last, in which I wrote about the karmicons and civilians present. I knew they were there, but I didn’t know there were so many of them:
“Now I also know that there were two groups of people who were, and still are, working for the (now, abolished) Karmic organization on Earth:
1. True karmic workers: abducted children who were forcibly taken from their parents, had their memories erased, and were sent to smaller karmic centers on other planets. There, in communities of about 10 people, they eked out a living from day to day, living in wooden shacks without running water, electricity, toilets, or bathrooms, and with scarce and poor-quality food. All they did was, on the leader’s orders, go to nearby villages and forcibly take people with them for incarnation, then escort them back when they returned. People hated and despised them; they even had derogatory names for them, such as “The Cursed,” “Corrupt Ones,” and many worse still.
2. Civilians: inhabitants of planets whom the karmic enforcers simply tore from their lives and transported directly to Earth. They told them, “You are not meant for life; you are meant for work.” By doing so, they made it clear that these people were their property, which they could use as they pleased. Not people, but karmic tools.
There are 8 billion people on Earth. Around every Earthling, there are approximately five to ten karmic agents or civilian inhabitants of other planets.
Every day, approximately 180,000 people die on Earth, which means that, along with them, between one and two million karmic agents and inhabitants of other planets fly away to our space friends aboard a spaceship. The former are rejuvenated and returned to their parents, while the latter are told that the Karmic Organization no longer exists, that the universe has been liberated, that forced incarnations and placements among Earthlings have come to an end, and that they are now going home.
The question is whether the karmicons have blocked the memories of the civilian inhabitants of other planets so that they do not know who they are or where they come from, or whether they have retained their memories. If their memories have been blocked, our space travelers will unlock them so that they remember everything.
We also organized a meeting with the leaders of the listed planets, expressed our full support to them, and assured them that we will strive and do everything we can to ensure that the blockade ends as soon as possible and that their inhabitants return home.”
The remainder of this message lists the numbers of civilians from other planets, which do not match the new data provided by Cloud, as they far exceed the figure of seven billion, the number our people are supposed to evacuate and return home by the middle of the second week, from July 15 to 22.
It is important to note that the second phase, the return of civilians home, has begun; our space friends know the actual numbers, and I will make them public after the blockade ends, when I fully present the project for the liberation of Earth.
Planetary Report NR. 8: I am in Constant Contact With Inhabitants of Other Planets
Unlike most Earthlings, I am aware of their presence and have been communicating with them for more than 20 years. Not only can I partially see them and hear them clearly enough, but several of them have also been with me and even inside me, mostly civilians.
The first two were Tia and Del, each from their own planet, who had their memories blocked and didn’t know who they were or where they came from. Tia sat on the left side of the table, and Del stood to my right. The first one inside me was Alida, a friendly girl whom the karmic guardians had forbidden to speak, but we still found a way to communicate through body language. After her came Božo, who helped me a lot and with whom I became good friends. Then two arrived at once, Stevo and Zlatko; the first was very negative, while the second loved to laugh.
There were also many in the upper room, whose names I never learned. If you’ve read the Letters to Palkies, then you know that between 2016 and 2017, I also hosted dozens of couples from the karmic prison on the planet Brot, followed by many individuals, couples, and even entire families from Venus. Currently, I have four karmic beings and two civilians with me. Jac has been here since 2006, and Zlatko has been inside of me since 2010.
Planetary Report NR. 8: The Return of Civilians from Earth has Begun
Cloud told me the day before yesterday: “Pogačar (one of our space friends from the spaceship), who took over the night shift, said that if all goes well, we’ll have them all here by morning; it’s better for them to be crammed in here with us than down there.” And he added: “7 billion (in total): ‘30% in two days (already picked up).’”
This means that our space friends will need about seven days to pick everyone up, process them, and escort them home.
I suggested that they call on our co-administrators, the Galactics, the Solarians, and the supra-planetary groups to participate in this project and share the workload. Our space friends will retrieve the civilians, screen them (among them may be criminals, addicts, the mentally ill, fanatical believers, violent offenders, and murderers), and give them new bodies.
They then hand them over to our co-administrators for further processing: they must find a plot of land for housing, put a new house on it, provide a million in funds, find a new partner if they were single or dissatisfied with their current one, and revive their ancestral family.
In this way, our space friends would handle only one part of the process, while the other co-administrators would continue until the completion of the individual project for the person’s full return. Our space friends need about 10 minutes per person for the retrieval, examination, and provision of a new body, while other tasks can take several days.
This would greatly increase the workflow, speed, and the number of people processed, who would move on immediately rather than waiting several days on the spaceship for us to take care of everything for them. This way, we’ll be able to retrieve all civilians in the shortest possible time, process them, hand them over to our co-workers, and prepare for the next phase, which will be much larger.
I suggested to Sanja and our space friends that the Space Administration meet, reach an agreement, draw up an operational plan, and inform our co-workers from other planets about our cooperation and the joint management of a large number of civilians. Cloud informed me this afternoon that my proposals had been accepted.
Planetary Report NR. 8: Six or Seven Phases of Earth’s Liberation
There are six or seven possible phases through which we will liberate Earth, return all civilians and karmic workers home, and relocate Earthlings to new planets.
Phase 1: From 2019 to the present. At that time, we began receiving deceased Earthlings and placing them on a spaceship. This continued until 2022, when I proposed that we create six new planets for Earthlings and relocate everyone on the spaceship to them. The operation was a success, and since then, deceased Earthlings have been going directly to the new planets.
My mother, who died in 2021 (on November 1, All Souls’ Day, which is a bit of karmic black humor), also spent some time with our space friends before descending to the new Ljubljana on the new Europe. Shortly thereafter, she and her new partner moved to Ljubljana on Palki, where she enrolled in a high school for design. This year she finished her third year and enrolled in her fourth and final year. I helped her get started creating fashion items and gave her the idea for her first designs. Then she opened a fashion agency, invited her classmates to collaborate, and today she runs one of the most successful companies in the universe. Everyone calls her “Mom” because she’s my mom.
We also enrolled her mom and dad in design school, so the number of designers in our family is growing. Other relatives on my mom’s side have also moved to Palki, since there are no schools or other public institutions on Earth yet. Together with our space friends, we’ve set up a large family settlement for them so they can all be together. We do the same for all ancestral families who wish it. We also give them a lake so they have their own “sea.”
My father died in 2016. I waited a little while because I wanted to welcome him in person once our space friends revived him. When I saw that it might take a while longer, I told them to revive him. He, too, spent some time on the spaceship, and then the two of them, along with his new partner from New Ljubljana on the planet Europa, moved to Palki’s Ljubljana. He started designing cars and now runs an extremely successful company that operates throughout the universe.
A few weeks ago, I heard that they spend a lot of time with his mother. Here, on the old Earth, she died when he was only six months old, so they never got to meet. I suggested to our space friends that they prepare a surprise for them and turn him back into a little boy, temporarily. They both enthusiastically accepted the idea and spent a few days together at the seaside. Finally, they met and bonded as mother and son. I heard that people from all over Palki came to visit them and waited in line to give them gifts. My Sanja and her mother, Katerina, also waited in line and gave them beautiful gifts.
Phase 2: From July 15, 2026, until approximately July 22, when we will lift all civilians, give them new bodies, and hand them over to our co-administrators on their planets so they can provide them with the remaining gifts.
Phase 3: I suggested to the Cloud that he allow our space friends to begin lifting up all the karmic workers near humans immediately after the civilians’ ascension. There are many more of them, I estimate around 30 billion or more. This would mean that it would take about a month to process them.
Years ago, I realized that, unlike deceased Earthlings and current civilians, they could also be retrieved by other co-administrators, primarily supraplanetary groups equipped for such operations. Our space friends would provide a list of their karmic workers, who are currently living among humans on Earth, to all the supraplanetary groups; these groups would then each retrieve their respective individuals, examine them, rejuvenate them to the age at which they were abducted as children (approximately five to seven years old), and return them to their parents. They would then create child partners for them and prepare a welcome into the community. In this way, everyone could be lifted from Earth in a few days or even sooner.
Phase 4: The ascension of all living Earthlings, that is, 8 billion, in cooperation with the six supraplanetary groups from the six new Earths, and the animals, whom we will care for and relocate to the animal realm we have created specifically for them so they can live in peace and harmony.
Theoretically and practically, it would be possible to carry out Phases 3 and 4 together, since, in cooperation with our co-administrators, we could divide the work and ascend everyone at once. As we can see, the civilians went home first, so we can anticipate two possibilities for the remaining karmic beings and Earthlings: carrying out both phases separately, one after the other, or both together in a single phase.
Phase 5: Reorganization of the harmful Earthlings who are still on the spaceship. This involves screening, rejuvenation to 15, 5, or 2 years of age, and placement in communities for personality development or returning them to their biological or giving them to the new parents.
Phase 6: Revival through rejuvenation of all “bad” Earthlings, such as Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, and other psychopaths, and their placement with their biological or other new parents.
In this phase, we would also revive all animals that have ever lived on Earth, transforming the harmful ones into peaceful ones, just as we are already doing with deceased Earth animals.
Phase 7: The cleansing and restoration of the old Earth, which we will continue to use for some time for historical research.
We are primarily interested in Phase 4, when we will receive new bodies, finally move to new planets, and begin our true lives.
Together with our space friends and co-administrators, we will strive to complete Phases 2 and 3 as quickly as possible so that we, too, can be next in line. I have already asked the Cloud to ensure that the phases follow one another seamlessly, and I will suggest this to him many more times as each phase is completed.
I’ve suggested to our team that they draw up a plan for the ascension of all karmic workers, organize a space conference, inform the co-administrators about the project, and provide them with lists of the karmic workers they will be ascending and managing.
I’m looking forward to the third phase, or better yet, the third and fourth phases combined, taking place soon after the return of all civilians is complete, which is next week.
It’s insane that the karmic program for Earth is still being carried out five years after the Karmic Organization no longer exists. This is completely nonsensical and very harmful.
As we can see in the case of the civilians’ return, the Change is affecting Cloud, causing him to lift yet another part of the planetary blockade. This has enabled us to return home seven billion people, who were awaited by their parents, partners, and friends.
I can’t wait for the blockade to end for the entire Earth as well, so that we can rejuvenate the karmic workers, return the children to their parents, and move to new planets ourselves to enjoy a heavenly life.
