What is awareness?
The Existence is composed of two elements, from Awareness, and from Energy. Both are eternal as it is not possible to create or destroy neither of them. That is also very simple and concrete proof that the so-called Creator or god doesn’t exist as that is not possible.
Awareness and Energy are completely different. Awareness is an immaterial state which has no physical, chemical, biological, etc characteristics. That is the reason that Is unlimited and infinite. Awareness is always the same and never changes. Awareness is not a living being or a person, and It doesn’t think, speak, and act. It just Is and is Aware of Everything that Exists.
On the other side, Energy is material, and it has its physical and other characteristics, such as sizes, shapes, frequency vibrations, dimensions, colors, pressures, temperatures, etc. Energy is finite because of Its materiality, which also means that Everything is happening at the same time.
Awareness is the main important thing or more precise, state which is allowing us to be aware that we exist, live, and act. We can also live in the so-called unconscious state as a coma, but that is not complete human life.
Unawakened persons are aware only of their attention which is limited and mobile part of Awareness. Awakened ones are aware of our personal Pure Awareness, which is an inseparable part of the whole of Absolute Awareness, and also of attention. I use the expression Absolute Awareness for the quantity of It, while Pure Awareness is about Its quality.
Our personal awareness has two parts. Unawakened are aware only one, that is attention, while awakened are aware of both, Pure Awareness and attention. The first part is Pure Awareness, our Beingness, Essence, and Nature. Pure Awareness is always still, immovable, and unchangeable. The second part of Awareness is limited attention which is movable. We use attention and other senses to experience and monitor the world, us, and others. Beside Awareness and attention, we have also energy body, mind, which is an energy tool for thinking, and the physical body to move and act.
The karmicons had intentionally limited our abilities to be aware of Absolute and Pure Awareness. That is why we live in very limited attention which is connected to an object and it jumps from one object to another. They call it the monkey mind. In fact, there is a big difference between attention and mind, but, obviously, the author of this expression knows nothing about it.
Unawakened live in limited attention and in their mind. They think that if they think that then they are real beings. That is not true:) Only with awakening, becoming aware of Awareness, and moving from mind and attention to Pure Awareness we realize who we really are. Beings of Pure Awareness!
Where is Awareness?
Before the karmicons forcefully incarnate a person they first transform him into energy being. Then they bring him to a pregnant woman and enforce him to enter and exit the baby during the pregnancy. “Kicks, kicks.” means that incarnant is in the baby and he is connecting with babies’ brains starting to manage the body. Like a driver who gets in a car, and starts it. Sometimes he is in a baby, and sometimes outside. Every time he is inside, they put him in one of the four energy cups inside babies energy body. That is one of the four driving seats from where he can manage the baby’s body. That means that there can be four incarnants in one person at the same time, and all of them can fully manage the body, think, talk, and act.
The karmicons limit awareness to incarnants at their incarnation so the persons in which they are incarnated and are sleeping during their whole life have also limited awareness, are living in mind using only limited, movable and object-to-object jumping attention. That is the reason that they can’t realize who they really are. The karmicons forcefully transform them into thinking machines who think that if they think they are real beings. That is not true. We become Real Beings only when we awaken and become aware of Pure Awareness.
Now, we know what is Awareness, and where is Awareness. In one of the four energy cups in the energy body in our head. Here is another question.
How can you find Awareness?
Easily. Just take a look in the center of your head and you will immediately sense, notice, or and become aware of some special state. You will notice that this state is calm and still. Well, that is Awareness. “Pure” means that there is nothing inside of It except Awareness. That is very important as it shows us that in fact, we are all equal and sovereign as aware Beings of Pure Awareness.

When you used your attention to “look” in the center of your head and found Pure Awareness, you united both in one awareness and made the first step. Now, keep your attention to this state and simply be aware of Awareness. Be in the center of your head and be in Pure Awareness. Watch It. What Is It Like? Do you like It? How do you feel in this state? Do you want to be always so calm, relaxed, and clear?
Awakening is exiting the mind and moving and uniting attention to and with Pure Awareness together with becoming aware of Awareness. Regarding that you are just beginning, you will jump out from Pure Awareness in a couple of minutes back to your mind and limited attention. With my exercises for awakening, you will learn to constantly return in this calm, relaxed and nice state, and after some time, you will stay in It forever. That is your true Home, your Beingness. We are Aware Beings and Pure Awareness is our Natural State.
How can you stay forever in Pure Awareness?
With my exercises for awakening, you will elegantly and comfortably exit your mind and move from limited attention to Pure Awareness. As awakened, you will still use your mind as an energy tool for thinking, but you won’t think anymore that you are that thinking tool. You will also still use limited attention as you will need it for thinking and experiencing the world, you, and others. But, your awareness won’t be limited anymore just to attention as you will permanently live in Pure Awareness. In time, and with practice, you will transform your attention into Awareness with connecting both kinds of limited and unlimited awareness into one. You will be always aware, even when you will concentrate on microscopic details. Your attention will become awareness too.
Dear friends, it is incredible, but obviously true, that we can live without knowing who we really are. The karmicons had heinously and forcefully limited and blocked our natural ability to be aware of Awareness and prevent us to know our real identity.
