“The Shadow Self and Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety disorders, such as generalized anxiety disorder or social anxiety, can be influenced by the shadow self. Unresolved fears, worries, or traumatic experiences that reside in the unconscious mind may contribute to ongoing anxiety symptoms. Addressing the shadow self in therapy or self-reflection can alleviate anxiety and promote emotional well-being.”
Oblivion keeps the unawakened in a constant state of fear, worry, uncertainty, doubt, suspicion, and other unpleasant and harmful states, such as anxiety. The Shadow not only affects various emotional-mental disorders, it is the Disorder that causes, perpetuates, and reinforces all personality disorders.
Another karmic black-humor trick: in psychotherapy, one Shadow who calls herself a “psycho expert” “treats” another Shadow who plays the role of “patient”, charging her even several hundred euros for 45 minutes, and is additionally paid by the pharmaceutical companies for prescribing psycho drugs.
“The Shadow Self and Depression
Depression can also be related to the shadow self, as suppressed emotions and unresolved issues can contribute to feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and despair. By exploring and integrating the shadow self, individuals experiencing depression can gain a greater sense of self-acceptance, self-compassion, and resilience.”
The weight of the Shadow weighs heavily on the already insecure, frightened, and confused unawakened person, whose agitated mind jumps from problem to problem. It presses him to the ground and holds him under the surface of the Good in the swamp of Evil, Darkness, and personal oblivion.
Accepting the Shadow will only aggravate the condition of the afflicted people, and it is therefore necessary to remove it completely and thoroughly and create a new, aware, unified, integrated, peaceful, and joyful personality for oneself.
The total impotence of the so-called psychological sciences – psychology, psychiatry, and psychotherapy – can be seen in their approach to over-medicating people, which confirms their professional laziness, ignorance, and financial exploitation of patients for selfish gain. Because they do not know how to help them, they give them pills that are supposed to ‘cure’ them instead. They have a very simple approach to this:
1. If patients are depressed, they give them stimulants such as amphetamines.
Or, to put it more simply, if they are (depressed) at rock bottom, they give them stimulants to lift them.
2. If patients are too restless, agitated, and hyperactive, they sedate them with strong sedatives.
Or, in other words, if they are too high, they are sedated and put down.
Awaken to Pure Awareness and heal
By awakening to Pure Awareness and letting go of the old personality, you can get rid of many psycho-disorders. Know that the karmic people in your vicinity can influence your emotional-mental state using special devices and still artificially and violently induce feelings of fear, suggest harmful thoughts, and impose negative feelings on all those who are not firmly stabilized in Pure Awareness.
All kinds of attacks are still tormenting me, but I have long been out of their reach and safe in Pure Awareness. Recently, a special device was removed from the space above me by our space friends, with which the karmic people have been giving me headaches, toothaches, throat aches, and heartaches since birth. For example, for two to three hours at a time, they have been giving me heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats, and have been putting extra pressure on my heart.
An unawakened person would not have been able to withstand such attacks, because he would have thought that he was going to die. This would frighten him and he would go to the doctor immediately. I knew what was happening, who was doing it, and why, and I remained calm, relaxed, and aware throughout the attack, despite the extremely unpleasant feelings.
After the planet is liberated, our space friends will give you a thorough examination and remove all the causes of the emotional and mental disturbances, together with the energetic blockages, so that you will be completely healthy.
