Because of the low audio quality and my learning English while speaking :), I prepared the edited transcript of our talk with Jeff. It is not a word-by-word copy of the podcast but rather an emphasis on the themes we spoke about. I also added some extra explanations so you will better understand my work and the future of Earth.
Thank you for understanding that English is not my first language so I did “uh, oh” search for proper words. Nevertheless, I suggest you (listen and) read the content and use what you find beneficial to you.
I know that my statements sound different than others in the NDE community and that you can’t check them all right now. Unlike other presenters, you can check the worldly part of my work. You have two ways to indirectly check my statements:

With concrete experiences with my work, you can then indirectly assume that I am telling the truth about the space part of my work as well.

3. Our multi-planetary and the multidimensional group is a team of highly skilled specialists. We are the new cosmic administration who have already liberated more than one billion galaxies, ended Karmic organization establishing a new model of life without limitations, diseases, poverty, crime, violence and death. We are Friends and you will clearly see that when we start with our work on Earth.
4. Words are words and facts are facts. Only facts will confirm or dismiss predictions, that goes for all of them, including mine. You don’t have to believe in my statements and predictions, it is enough that you want a better life for all. Stay positive and open to new possibilities.
5. Why there are many who came back from NDE with positive experiences? The karmic-cons, members of the Evil Karmic organization, are sadistic psychopaths who enjoy manipulating people giving them hope and then throwing them in despair. They are Evil being who can transform them into whatever they want: to another persons, “God”, “angels”, animals and even objects. They can also pretend that they are loving embracing you with love, but you have to know that that is just the nice energy without any real love in it or behind it. It’s just a charade to fool you.
6. Eventual healings are part of the karmic experiments on humans. If they would want us to be healthy, they would write incarnational scripts for our lives without limitations and diseases.

Jeff: Today’s guest is Senad Dizdarević from Slovenia. Senad is the author of many books including Letters to Palkies, a nonfictional book series about his awakening and the blissful realization that we are beautiful beings of pure awareness. Senad, thank you so much for joining us, and welcome.
Senad: Hello, Jeff, and thank you for inviting me.
Jeff: So let’s start here, can you just give us a brief overview of what Letters to Palkies is about?
Senad: In the book series Letters to Palkies, I present my meetings with different space people, my lucid dreams experiences and my revelation of the Karmic Organization, Evil and harmful organization, which is controlling, or more precise, was controlling the whole cosmos. I also write about my interplanetary relationship with Sanja, my girlfriend from our neighbor planet Palki. I have very good news for you as we have almost ended the karmicons control and we are already establishing a new model that I created for this cosmos.
Jeff: As you may know, my channel has a lot of videos about near death experiences. So, when someone’s body dies, and their consciousness leaves the body, where do they go in your opinion.
Senad: Based on my concrete and longtime experiences together with hundreds and hundreds of contacts and talks with humans and also energy beings from other planets, I can tell you that all who died were intercepted by the Karmic organization. They have controlled everything that was happening in our cosmos. From November 2020, we are ending their control and we have almost liberated all galaxies in this cosmos. Earth is the only one being under their blockage. Our galaxy and our solar system are fully liberated, there is only Earth left to be freed.
When a person died while the karmic-cons were still in control, they have already waited for him. When one dies, he exits his physical body with his energy body. The karmicons intercepted him and take him to the Karmic center on the home planet of his incarnant, a human from another planet who incarnated in his baby body while he was still in his mother. After that, they force him to make life review with a special tablet computer like an Ipad. When he finishes with a review, they switch his personal awareness and put him to deep sleep without dreams, and they switch on his incarnant who was put to sleep right after the birth of this person, and who slept all his life in deep sleep without dreams.
By the karmic theory and practice, we are not real beings but just incarnations of some other humans from some other planets. They claim that we are just one of many incarnations of our incarnants. They even call us “previous lives”. After an incarnant was awakened, he rested for 24 to 48 hours to reconnect his memory. After that, they teleported him home from where they took him before the incarnation.
Under the karmic control, all beings from 4. to 8. dimension were forced to incarnate. Only Earthlings weren’t incarnating because there are no lower planets under our dimension. That is also the reason that Earthlings are not familiar with the Karmic organization and their Evil work because there are no Karmic centers in our cities forcing and processing us to and from incarnations.
Jeff: Alright, so you’re saying that there is an organization called karmic organization are also known as karmacans.
Senad: Their names derive from karma, their organization is the Karmic organization, I call them the karmic-cons – the karmicons.
Jeff: So there’s an organization called karmic organization and the people within it are called karmic cons. And basically, after you die, the karmic cons greet you, or capture you can force you into a life review. And then kind of put you to rest 24 to 48 hours and then switch off your memory. And then we incarnate you back in and you don’t remember.
Senad: Your first part is correct, I will just repeat the second part. As I said, the karmicons don’t see us as real beings, for them, we are just theater roles and live costumes for some other person’s plays. So, the incarnation is a kind of jumping from one person with his energy body into the physical body of another person in his mother’s womb. They didn’t understand that when they switched incarnants personal awareness a new being started to develop with his awareness. This new being is a real and original being because our beingness is based on Awareness. So, before incarnation, there is one energy being – an incarnant, outside the mother’s body, and there is a physical baby body inside the mother’s womb. During the pregnancy, the incarnant enters and exits babies body many times. After the birth, the karmicons fix incarnant in the baby’s body and switch his awareness off. At that moment, a new being emerges and starts to develop. Before birth, there is only one being and one body, after birth, there is one physical body and two beings. One is sleeping and one is awake. After the death of this real and original body and his life review, the karmicons reverse the operation: they switch him off and put him into a deep sleep and they awaken his incarnant who was sleeping that person’s whole life. He or she rests for 24 to 48 hours and returns home. The karmicons claim that this life was incarnant’s one of more or many incarnations, taking us completely out of the equation as we don’t exist at all. Our life was just one of the incarnants drama plays and we were just one of his roles.
Jeff: That’s us on Earth. Yes, yes. So what is the point of that? I mean, are they just putting us in this drama on earth for somebody else’s amusement?
Senad: There are two main reasons for this. The karmicons are evil beings who feed with negative energy. The movie Matrix is a perfect example of it, it’s almost hard to show it better and more precisely. For them, we are just producers of negative energy, which they feed on. They are energy beings from higher dimensions, and they don’t eat solid food. They feed differently as they directly absorb energy from other beings. For example, humans on Earth eat solid food, vegetable, fruits, meat, and so on. In the process of digestion, the body extracts all nutritions. Our cells don’t eat stakes but they extract energy from the micro-nutritions from food. The karmicons, as energy beings, extract and absorb or directly eat, drink or inhale the negative energy directly from other beings without any digestive process. They are negative beings and like negative energy, so they like to feed upon persons who are afraid, sad, angry, and so on. They’re radiating the negative energy from their energy bodies. When we feel bad, are afraid, sad and angry, we attract these energy vampires and parasites inviting them to eat us alive. So, the first reason for incarnations, hard lives and suffering is that they use us as food. The second reason is, they are also stealing our experiences. In their world, there are no planets, no houses, no cities, nothing. They just float in energy fields. They’re using our experiences to fill their emptiness. Stealing our lives and experiences they even pretend that they are “spiritually developing”.
Jeff: So, is the life review basically, a process of them downloading our experiences?
Senad: Very probably. But first, they feed again with negative energy as the person who is reviewing his life is repeating unpleasant experiences and producing again the negative energy. When departed persons see their life again, they are very sorry that they didn’t conduct it better. They are sad feeling very bad about it. And, voila, they are on the vampire’s plate again being eaten alive for the second time. That means that they get two meals for the price of one.
We can read about the works of the Karmic organization in Michael Duff Newton’s books Journey of Souls and Destiny of souls, where it’s very precisely described, how the karmicons organize and execute incarnations and after death procedure. Michael was writing under the karmicons dictate but nevertheless, we can learn a lot about what is happening before, between and after incarnations. Persons who were interview by Michael were under hypnosis with the invisible karmicons standing near. That’s the reason these persons couldn’t say everything but despite that limitation, his books are a good source of information to get some perspective on what is going on behind the curtain. I also recommend you a book The Nine Steps: A story of birth and rebirth of the French authors Anne Givaudan and Daniel Meurois in which you can read an incarnational journey of a young girl named Rebecca who is preparing to be incarnated.
Jeff: Why do you think some people who have had near death experiences and come back they feel so much love when they’re on the other side?
Senad: We have to know that everything on Earth is staged. The karmicons constructed all religions, the “Creator”, many “gods”, “archangels and angels”, “higher selves”, “ascended masters” etc. to make-believe creating believers who they can fully control. With “loving” NDE’s (some are also horrible) they are falsely giving hope to people to think that afterlife is paradise, Jesus is waiting for them, they will sing and dance with angels, and so on. The karmicons are sadistic psychopaths who like to play with others. They are higher beings with higher capabilities, and they can change their appearance as they want. They can appear as animals, different humans and even objects. They can also pretend to be God, your higher self, angel, etc. One of their favorite roles is to be your relative, your father, mother and child. They enjoy that the most. With that, they are keeping this false image among Earthlings making them believe that everything will be fine on the other side.
They are playing a god and a bad cop game but on the baseline, they are still cops. In this game, they are psycho cops.
Healing is also a part of their duality yin-yang system in which they first cause disease to a person and they heal it in some cases. So, don’t see just the good part but understand the whole picture that they are the problem and the “solution”. I put a solution in the brackets because the solution is just temporary as all persons, sick and healthy, were to die in the karmic system.
About feelings of being love during NDE’s: it’s easy to generate a frequency of love with their advanced technology and personal abilities, but that is not real and personal love – it’s just a vibration of artificial love to make you believe in the illusion of being loved while you are not.
I understand your wish and need that everything would be nice and kind in the afterlife going to a “better place” but in reality, there are no angels behind the curtain singing you welcome. There are just the karmicons coldblooded, senseless and often psychopathic sadistic servants who will process you through the karma machine procedure.
I recommend to you (Joe, thank you for reminding me of this superb titles) the movie Dark City (1998) which is a perfect presentation of the dark karmicons behind the curtain twisted game, and the TV series Westworld. There is also the Matrix which is another movie series presenting the Karmic organization in the symbolic sense. You have to know that the karmicons wrote the scripts for all these movies and shows and that despite they were hiding their real Evil face they revealed a lot and unconsciously even more than they wanted because that is the way the symbols with multilevel meanings work.
This twisted karmic game with hope has also another part which is called despair. They lift a person with a promise and after they fail to deliver, they throw him deep down in despair. NDE’s are like propaganda actions for them which they use to fool Earthlings to think that a loving God is waiting for them on the other side. If God would exist in the first place and if he would be good, there wouldn’t be any Evil in this cosmos and our lives.
The reality is or it was very different from their false image and lying promises. After one died in the old Karmic system, there was no god, Jesus, or Buddha waiting for him. There were just the karmicons servants or more precisely the prison guards who were very harsh and also violent grabbing the departed and taking him to the Karmic center for the life review.
Feelings of a person’s love during and after NDE are real but “god’s” and others’ false “friends” and “family members’” love was staged and was not real. They are evil beings who can present themselves as anything they want. We have to know that love is (just) a special quality of Energy and can be very simply constructed. Evil beings can radiate it on the surface but there is no real Love behind the false one.
Is there a way that we can escape them? Lucky us, it is. Let me first tell you that I was also under their spell for some time. After I was awakened in 2004 as a part of the karmic experiment to enhance humans, I was under the influence of Neale Donald Walsch Conversation with god book series. I even wrote the first draft of my awakening book praising his god as a new and good god. Ha, ha, ha, But, I didn’t need too long to remember and realize that Awareness and Energy can’t be created nor destroyed which means that the Creator can’t exist. Existence is eternal and it was never created because it is not possible to create anything from Nothing. So simple and easy to understand.
In 2015, I had a visit from beings who are higher than the Karmic organization. One of them told me that he will help me and assist me to ascend into higher dimensions. In 2016, many young people from the karmic prison on the planet Brot came to me and helped me to create a bigger picture of what is really happening in this cosmos and to understand what is Karmic organizations and what they really do. I’m reading spiritual books for more than 40 years, and I never heard of them. I heard for karma, I heard for karmic debts, but I never heard for the Karmic organization. There are some articles on the internet about the Karmic Board or Council in which you can get more information about them. There are also a lot of articles about the so-called ascended masters from the White Brotherhood who are also members of the Karmic Board. If you follow channeled messages, you heard for Archangel Michael, St. Germain, Kuthumi, and other karmic criminals.
In 2017, we started with wonders on the planet Palki which is at the same place as Earth, but it is invisible to us because it is in 4. dimension. There are many similar and even same persons (doubles) so some could call it “parallel Earth”. Palki is much smaller, approximately 11 times smaller than Earth and it has only 700 million inhabitants. Before 2018, there were 960 million Palkies, but we have removed off the planet approximately 260 million because they were not ready to live in the new model without religions. We will friendly help them to change and transform their personality and after that, they will be returned to Palki.
In December 2017 we started with healing all ill persons and we literally emptied all hospitals on the planet. Next year, we continued with our work. I wrote messages, Letters to Palkies, which is also the title of my book series, suggesting to them what to do. Among the first thing, I wrote them to close all Karmic centers, seize their archives and technology to prevent any further incarnations. With the help of our space friends, we returned all Palkies who were in that time in incarnations throughout the cosmos back home.
Last year, in November 2020, we started with the liberation of the whole cosmos. We have already liberated more than 1 billion galaxies. Earth is the only planet still under their control. With our space friends, they are from the eighth or ninth dimension, we have already prepared everything needed for our Earth’s assistance once the blockade will be ended.
I don’t know the date so I can’t predict it, but I’m sure that it won’t be long. I communicate and collaborate with my girlfriend Sanja from the planet Palki and with our space friends who helped us to end the Karmic organization on Palki establishing a new and fantastic model of life. We will do the same on Earth. After the karmicons blockade will be ended, we will all live as we want. Without limitations, poverty, diseases, crime, violence, wars and deaths. In peace, friendship and love.
Jeff: How do you communicate with these other beings with some of them directly?
Senad: As we speak, there are more visitors from other planets around me. They are approximately two meters above me, most of them are men from the planet Venus in the 4. dimension. I can see them like they are in a dark room and I can hear them well – like thoughts in my head. They are humans, just like us. They speak Slovene and other languages as well.
I and Sanja were talking for 10 years from planet to planet. The karmicons put us together as a part of their experiment and enable us to communicate directly from her 4. dimension to ours 3. dimension. Our communion was also part of paying off the karmic debts. They didn’t see us as original and independent beings, they saw Sanja as her incarnant, Jasna Burzovski, and me as Fedja Mironovič, who was my incarnant from the planet Palki. Jasna and Simon were the original signers of the karmic scripts. Jasna signed for incarnation in Sanja, while Simon signed a two-steps contract with incarnation into Fedja and the second-tier and subsequential 18 Fedja’s incarnations. I was the last of them, the 18.
By the karmic theory and practice, our relationship with Sanja was incarnated relationship between Jasna Burzovski and Simon Horvat who were living in the karmic prison on the planet Brot in the 4. dimension. Now, they live with our space friends as we have liberated more than 500 and mostly young prisoners from that scary place where they were torturing them and forcefully incarnate all inmates. In 2019, the karmicons closed the window between me and Sanja and ended our communication. By the karmic 50-50 formula, and before the closure, Sanja could see me and hear, while I was only able to hear her like a tiny voice in my head, and only sometimes, I saw her like in a very dark room and just a body silhouette.
I communicate with our space friends by saying loudly: “Hello, hello, hello, dear space friends”, and then I tell them my message. Because of the blockade of the higher karmicons controllers above our space friends, we can’t communicate openly. Sometimes I get their messages via visitors from Venus who are here also as informers while some of them are evil and violent.
In 2018, I prepared a long and exact plan for the transformation of the planet Palki including new, young, healthy and beautiful bodies for Palkies. Lucky us, our space friends got my plan, and now, in 2021, the whole plan and even more is completely realized.
So, we are well prepared to do the same on Earth. I can tell you that you will be very amazed and excited when we start bringing you miracles and wonders.
Jeff: What do you think life will be like on Earth, once the Comic Cons are gone?
Senad: On the first day, we will start with many projects at the same time. We will immediately remove from the planet all active politicians, military leaders, judges and their teams. We will also start removing all criminals, violent persons, sadists, perverts and killers. In a couple of days, we will stop all wars. At the same time, and from day 1, we will feed all hungry people. We have to know that every day and only from famine die up to 60,000 children on Earth. We will also empty all hospitals and heal all heavily ill persons at homes.
We will also publicly present our team as the new cosmic administration and temporary Earth administration. I and Sanja will ascend the first day after the liberation and with the help of our space friends technology transform our physical bodies into energy bodies.
We will use the special technology to scan the entire planet and to find the persons with the most advanced or developed energy bodies. Among them, we will choose new political leaders who will work for the benefit of all. For some years until Earth completely transforms, we will act as the new planetary administration mentoring new Earth leaders. We will also create a Planetary Council that will take care of the transformation of old states into countries. New countries will accept a planetary constitution with the new rights and freedoms and implement them immediately.
From the first day, we will appoint a special group of space team who will be watching and assisting Planetary Council and Earthlings transition into the new model of life. This group will start lifting people to their space ship giving them new, young, healthy and beautiful bodies together with many and special abilities activating their natural talents that the karmicons heinously and violently limited. It takes approximately seven minutes to get a new body laying on a special table.
Jeff: After they are gone while we continue on this cycle of coming back living here over and over and over again or we move on to other planets, other dimensions, or other places.
Senad: Before we ended the Karmic organization and their false and cruel system, they pre-planned and pre-wrote all incarnational scripts for all lives on all planets in this cosmos. Everything was pre-determined, like in the movie scripts, including the date of birth, parents, brothers and sisters, family, friends, education, partners, jobs and diseases with exact dates and means.
Giving all Palkies new bodies and many other personal enhancements, changing all old political, economic and law systems to the new one, and completely shutting down all religions, together with the new planetary constitution and rights we have already changed most of their personal scripts. Despite that, they still live on the karmic timeline, but with little as possible harm still on their way. Our space friends have superb technology: if a person is harmed in a car accident, they heal him in a second. If a person dies, they revive him in a second.
When a person dies, and is immediately revived, his karmic script is over and he can live on as he wants. After the last person in this cosmos will die as a result of the karmic script violence, and will be immediately revived then the karmic Evil timeline will be finished forever. After that, we will live in the new and fantastic life that we will create for ourselves. There will be no more limitations, poverty, diseases, crime, violence and death.
I have also suggested to our space friends to prepare everything to lift Palki, Venus and Earth to the, as we call it, 4.9 level of the 4. dimension. We will also unite smaller planets into bigger ones. For example, there are planets in the 4. dimension with only 35,000 inhabitants. We will unite them into bigger ones and lift all of them to 4.9 level so we will all live on the same dimensional floor where we will easily communicate, collaborate and visit each other. After we all evolve, we will slowly move to 5. and 6. dimensions. I assume that we will stay below the 8. dimension because above it, there are no planets, cities and other material objects. There are living energy beings floating in empty energy fields doing nothing at all. Just floating all they long. I don’t see much fun in that.
Jeff: So do you think that this is going to happen within our lifetime?
Senad: I’m sure for that, right. Well, if a person is 90 years old or more, there is a chance that he will depart soon and after we liberate Earth. Based on my information, I am also an author of the new model of cosmos and the plan for galactic, solar system and planetary transformation, I think that it won’t take long. I am getting regular updates about our preparation for the Earth operation and I can tell you that everything is prepared. You can also read in my Cosmic, Solar and Planetary Reports on my webpage what we have already done for Earth preparing it for the liberation.
I would like to see that it would be today. I can’t, as I said, I can’t tell the date because I don’t know it. Regarding all the facts and my information, it could be very soon, it could be also this year because there are no more reasons to continue with the blockade of our planet as the Karmic organization is completely finished in this cosmos.
We did a lot of things in preparation for deliberation, for example, there was the Karmic organization base on the moon, we closed it, captured their team and seized their technology. We have also removed different extraterrestrial races from their bases under surface. We removed all “voices in the head” who were the karmicons servants imposing harmful ideas into Earthlings’ minds pushing them to harm and even kill themselves and others. They were also taking care that the karmic scripts were executed on time and properly. For example, we know of the cases when a person killed another one claiming that “god” ordered him to do that. It wasn’t “god”, it was just another person from another planet posing as “god” commanding him to obey the “Lord”.
We also removed black flyers, animals who look like stingrays. They look like animals, but they are beings from higher dimensions with advanced abilities and technology. Flyers were the ones feeding with the negative energy of suffering people. I heard for them in the Carlos Castaneda books in which Don Juan, a Mexicans sorcerer, well described them. I saw them a couple of times around my apartment, but only after I was fully awakened and had a completely clean energy body.
So, we have already done a lot of things in the preparation for the liberation of Earth. I think that we have done everything and there is just the liberation left to happen. As I said, it can be very soon.
Jeff: I was looking into your other books and there’s a question there about what is the difference between being awakened and being a tool.
Senad: By the karmic scripts, we have been all very limited and literally debilitated. As a joke goes, we can be happy that we don’t bark around the house.
The karmicons have also limited our awareness to narrow attention and to monkey mind jumping from the object to object. We are so occupied with fighting for survival and don’t have time to think about our true nature. We are literally trapped and imprisoned in mind losing ourselves in fears, doubts and worries.
Out of the mind box, there is an eternal and infinite Awareness, which is our true Nature. We are aware beings and not mind monkeys the karmicons have turned us into.
With awakening, we are slowly getting aware of this enormous field of Awareness, which is everywhere around and inside us permeating all cosmos. As awakened beings, we move from limited attention to unlimited Awareness. It’s like living in a box thinking that’s all there is. One day, you come out of it and see that there is much more out there.
Unawakened are imprisoned in their mind, so the first step in personal development is to exit the mind. To do that, you have to first learn to stop your mind at will and live in inner silence. With the regular practice, and in that silence, you will sense some unusual presence, something very deep and enormous, and at the same time very kind and gentle. That is Pure Awareness.
Awakening means to exit the mind and to make a big step from limited attention to unlimited awareness. By releasing all your harmful behaviors, thoughts, feelings and emotions, words and actions, you create a new personality of an aware, honest, kind, friendly and loving person.
When you become an Aware Being, everything changes because you realize who you really are. Awakening is in fact enlightenment realizing that you are not just a karmic tool for producing negative energy and gathering experiences for some other people, but you are a real, original, and sovereign Being. You are a beautiful being of Pure Awareness. That is the greatest personal realization and revelation, that is the best you can experience in your personal development. It is perfect, it is wonderful. I created special exercises for awakening to help everybody to release the old Ego self and to create a new personality of an aware and loving person.
Jeff: I am glad you did that because I was about to ask it sounds like you would do that from meditation but is it meditation your exercises or is it something different.
Senad: Meditation is good, also yoga and physical activities like sport, but they are not enough to become aware of Awareness. The main thing in awakening and personal development is that you have to become aware of Pure Awareness.
To be aware of Awareness is like a closed loop. It’s like you are watching something and then you become aware that you are watching it. Like a super self-reflection. Like a reflection of a reflection. You are watching a tree and at the same time, you are watching yourself watching a tree.
It is the same with awareness. You can start with the simple awareness practice of being aware that you are alive and present. Then become aware that you are aware of your awareness.
At that moment, you close a loop and you move from the attention to awareness. When in Awareness, be there in that calm and perfect state for a minute or two, and if you can, even longer. In the beginning, you will shift between Awareness and attention, perception and mind.
Even a second in Pure Awareness is enough because, at that moment, you exit the karmic Matrix and break the karmic script. When you are in Pure Awareness, you are out of their reach because Pure Awareness is not material and it is not Energy so it can’t be reached, changed, or harmed. Let me add that besides being immovable and immaterial it is also not a being, it’s just a state. When you are in that perfect and natural state, you are out of any harmful mental and emotional influence, you are free at last.
In the beginning, you will be one second in awareness and then you will be again pulled back into mind worrying this and worrying that. With regular practice of observing your thoughts, feelings and emotions, words and acts, you will quickly notice that you are losing yourself again in the mind drama and quickly stop the mind, become aware of Pure Awareness and move to your natural state of being.
The next time, you will stay Home for one minute, and then for 10 minutes, half an hour, a whole hour until after six months or one year, depends on how deep are you in the oblivion, you will become permanently and firmly seated in your original and natural post being and living in Pure Awareness.
Jeff: Once you are there, do you feel happy and content all the time and there’s no more suffering.
Senad: It is a bliss state, literally. In the beginning, you will need some time to get used to it because an unawakened person is used to be all the time in the mind, as he lives by thinking everything. He literally propels his life with thinking and overthinking. When when you stop the mind and move to the silence, for some people, that could feel very strange, even like being dead because nothing is happening there and it’s always still. In time, you will get used to it and you will enjoy it more and more because it is the only place where you can be completely relaxed and calm. With regular practice, you will learn your physical and energy body to be relaxed all the time. Your energy body will change, your chakras will be cleared and harmonized and you will feel much better. With a relaxed physical body and harmonized energy body and being in Pure Awareness, you will be in natural ecstasy, in bliss. It’s fantastic, it’s wonderful.

They are also in my 1. book of Letters to Palkies Messages to my friends on another planet series. In the 1. Letter, there are basic exercises for awakening, and in the 4. Letter, there are advanced exercises. Some are exercises and some are new and very useful approaches. My exercises are not just like ordinary exercises, they are the new, original and complete way of life. Awakening is not just 3 times 10 minutes a week exercising and watching at the clock when the meditation will be over like many meditators do. They decide that they will meditate for six minutes, they close their eyes and then they open one eye to see how long it has already passed. That’s not personal development, that’s just pretending.
My exercises are a whole new way of life. One of the advanced approaches to life is how to get rid of all the problems you have. Very simple, you stop using the word “problem”. Instead of a problem, you rather say errand.
When you say: “I have a problem”, your energy and physical body prepare for the problem – it will be something unpleasant, complicated, usually, it will cost you a lot and so on. When you say: “I have an errand”, you stay completely calm and you just do what you have to do. When you have a problem, as a song goes, you have two problems, you have a problem and then you have a problem with the problem. When you are done with the problem, you can stay ours and days in that bad feeling with the after problem effect. When you stop using the word “problem” and everything that goes together and around with the problem disappears together with its negative energy. Free of the problems, you are just taking care of your errands and that’s it.
Jeff: That’s a good way to look at it.
Senad: It’s a practical, simple and very useful new way of living.

Jeff: Besides writing, are there any other things that you are doing that you want us to know about.
Senad: In the time present, I am creating a new model of life for the whole cosmos (it’s a work in progress). I also send messages to all new galactic administration groups with suggestions for better administration of their galaxies, solar system and planets. I am daily sending messages to my Sanja as we can’t speak directly. I also create a lot of business ideas and send them to Sanja via informers from other planets who are around me and via our space friends. We have a company on the planet Palki, we own the auto industry, hotel resorts, and many other projects. I am the co-founder of our company regularly creating new ideas for our company. I also write articles and books.
Jeff: All right, well, before we finish up, do you have one last positive message that you can share with everyone.
Senad: Dear friends, know that despite it may look that things are going very bad for the whole planet for the time present, especially with the corona pandemic biological terrorist attack on Earthlings, it will be much better. Good times are coming to Earth. I can tell you that you will be amazed and very excited with all the wonders and miracles we have prepared for you. Even if you are living in pain and if you die, don’t worry. We will bring you back together with your loved ones. We are already reviving thousands and thousands of years, long-dead people, from the whole cosmos and we will do the same on Earth. So, don’t worry, it will be much better once that karmic blockade is finished. I suggest you use my exercises for awakening to learn to relax your physical body, to harmonize your energy body and to become a more and more aware person. It will benefit you a lot as you will become a more kind, more friendly, and more loving person. Being awakened, you will contribute to the development of the whole planet.
