Proofreader Barbara Kožar’s book review of the 1. part Letters to Palkies book series
It is beautiful and liberating when, among the flood of fiction that the internet is full of, you come across something different, almost incomparable to most of what has been published so far, as far as so-called spiritual matters are concerned.
The very beginning of the book is promising: “Change is coming to Earth. I am Change. When you read the Letters, you too will be the Change. Change is natural. This is Evolution. Do not resist. All resistance is in vain. Let us change this planet together, for all and forever.”
A call to change the planet. The only constants. So that evolution in a deeper sense can begin to take place. With our help. A good feeling, and an important realization that we are the ones who are in charge of evolution, and progress. We are not powerless, but we are pretty much on our own, which is good because in that sense we can be independent. We just need to ‘open our eyes’, to remove the veil of the enforced sleep we have been forced into, and to realize that freedom, well-being, joy, ease, and carefree living are our natural states. Anything that makes us feel unwell, guilty, or gives us thoughts, and feelings that make us feel bad, is not ours.
Senad Dizdarevic, author of the Letters to the Palkies series, explains all this very well. In a friendly and light way, he asks us to first stop, and listen to the silence, observe, and learn to stop the flow of our thoughts whenever we want. As we begin to get used to the fact that by doing this we are taking the events in our mind into our own hands, a calmness that we had not known before the Seno’s exercises appears. The sensation is surprising. It is as if we have laid down a long-standing burden. A lightness that we were not used to. Both (peace and lightness) are our normal, healthy state, but their opposite (restlessness and heaviness) is not. When we start to observe our well-being several times a day, we are surprised to notice that it is often not good. We are not always aware of it. When we don’t feel well, we are doing something wrong or we are allowing our surroundings to influence us.
Most readers probably perceive the book as science fiction. Why does one define as science fiction what one cannot (yet) perceive with one’s (as yet) limited senses? Has someone deliberately limited our width of thought? So that we don’t accidentally wake up? A good scientist neither confirms nor excludes anything until he finds tangible facts. Is Seno’s book science fiction? Prove it! Of course, it is not possible to prove otherwise, but the author gives us guidance on how to know who we really are, and whose lives we are living. When we realize this, we also have more insight into the authenticity of the Letters to Palkies. Why would someone give us instructions on how to wake up, and live a version of our true self, and make up everything else? There would be no logic in that.
Seno looks at and works towards the elimination of all that is bad: sickness, death, coercion into anything, violence, exploitation, feeling bad in one way or another, in short, all that is not good. Why would someone invent everything described in a book, and at the same time work to eliminate all that is bad? Somehow that doesn’t go together.
Quite a few questions about our existence have tormented me since I was a child, including why we have to die. It seemed absurd to me that we have the chance to live for a few decades, and then it all ends for us. It was as if someone had pressed a button and switched us off. Seno writes in his book that they actually switch us off. My feelings and Seno’s writing. Are we both wrong? Are those who feel or think the same also wrong?
Karma has always repelled me. I found it dark, heavy, unkind, and unloving. Above all, the latter in no way characterizes the loving Creator whom believers see as the origin of Everything. Someone who loves does not punish. Karma is only punishment. Is it really necessary? For balancing maybe? Why does the Good need balance? If it is good, it lacks nothing. This is also beautifully explained in the book, “The Karmic “school” of Evil is not our school, our school is the school of Good. And we don’t need Evil to know Good. The Sun shines even in the light of nearby stars and does not need darkness to radiate light. Darkness creates neither suns nor light, and is not necessary for suns and their light.” If Evil never ends, evolution cannot properly unfold either.
Seno also details the so-called channelers, wisdom masters and beings who pose as angelic, convincing us that suffering is necessary and that we must use it to repay the karma they believe we have incurred in previous lives. “Karma is just a fabricated lever for manipulation, subjugation, and exploitation.” I like that he points out the deception on the part of these beings because a large number of people succumb to false teachers and false or non-existent entities.
“It is obvious that this cosmos is still totally undeveloped, primitive and retarded, because the beings in it understand Evil as something Good.” A good example of this are religions that present suffering, and guilt as something positive, necessary for spiritual growth, and similar nonsense. Humanity masochistically believes this.
It is very interesting when Seno mentions that we do not have a soul, which has been touted for millennia as the foundation of our being, but we do have an energy body, and awareness. I was shocked at first when he said that we do not have a soul. I had been taught to believe otherwise. Then I remembered that I had also felt the word soul almost like the word karma, as a certain weight, and absence of freedom. I feel the word awareness as something light.
For a long time, I was tormented by the question of when that which is supposed to create everything came into being. I have never had an answer to this question, so I have successfully consoled myself with the thought that my perception is still too underdeveloped for this realization, so that the answer will probably come at a certain stage of my development. I may have got the answer in the book of the Letters to Palkies: “Existence and Energy are eternal, for neither Absolute Awareness nor Energy can be created or destroyed.” “Since it was never created, all Energy – cosmoses, galaxies, solar systems, planets, and beings – is already ready (“made”) and positioned in its place. It is all simultaneous and not sequential. Sequential would mean that things happen one after the other and that they were created out of Absolute Nothingness.” How would something be created out of nothing?
Another important message: “Stability and non-reactivity come from Peace – the Awakened One is always and everywhere stable and non-reactive. It cannot be provoked, regardless of internal and external events. The Awakened One responds to unpleasant, unknown or dangerous surprises only with heightened alertness, because he no longer feels fear.”
I have only tried Seno’s exercises a few times, but the first time I already felt a great and unfamiliar peace. I also heard silence. It too has its own sound, as awkward as that may sound. It seemed to me that I was hearing something in and around me that I had never heard before. I felt a world that I had never felt before. I feel the Switch exercise is the most effective so far. When certain thoughts no longer make me feel good, I interrupt the flow of thoughts, and immediate relief follows. Once I have overcome what is hindering me from consistently continuing with the Awakening Exercises, I expect to find more and more peace and stability within myself and, consequently, a lack of reactivity to internal and external events. Can you imagine what this means? Most of us probably only when they start with the exercises.
“No one created anyone, no one divided themselves into other beings, and no one has the right to decide the lives of other beings. We are all equal and sovereign with the right to decide about our own lives.” This assumption is probably the source of the need for total freedom, which should be self-evident. The first sentence will again shock or at least disappoint many because of the programmed ingrained need to be “protected” or controlled by a being that has multiple interpretations. It is to be expected that the second sentence will also be disliked by many because freedom also implies a certain responsibility, which frightens many and takes away their comfort zone in terms of leaving their lives in the hands of fate. But for some of you, these words will be a relief, and a beginning to loosen the long-standing shackles that have been placed on us by those who have made our lives not what our authentic being deserves. According to the Letters to Palkies, we are not living our own lives at all, but, in addition to gaining experience for someone else, we are paying for someone else’s sins through the karmic aspect. In reality, we deserve the best. How many of us truly believe in, and are willing to live “all the best”?
“How do words feel when they turn around and see that there is no one behind them? (Graffiti)”
Free and independent, I would say. I don’t know why most people are so comfortable with the idea of someone constantly controlling, and directing their lives. The false sense of security that this control and guidance creates is more important to them than the fact that, precisely because of both, they have no possibility of true self-fulfillment, and development, which only complete freedom allows. For many people, total freedom is not even conceivable because it is so alien to them that they are probably even afraid of it. They would rather live their lives thinking that someone “up there” is looking after them. They are also comfortable with the idea that someone “down here” is looking out for them. That is why the hierarchical system does not bother them either. But they are not aware of the hierarchical system about which Seno writes: “An example of such a hierarchical system is the Creator Absorbing Karmic system, in which some beings falsely, selfishly and violently appropriate cosmoses, galaxies, solar systems, planets, and all living things on them, and arbitrarily, and against the free will of other beings violently decide about their lives and deaths.”
When Seno read my opinion about the above graffiti, he told me that by “words” he meant the unawakened people who are not yet aware of the Pure Awareness “behind” or within. Therefore they are only “talking tools”, and not yet real beings. Only words without a speaker, only egos without Being. At the same time, he said that my interpretation is also true since awakening is also liberation and liberation from dependence on harmful and exploitative authorities.
At the time I am finishing this review, Seno has written a Declaration on the Future of the Earth after the end of the karmic blockade. According to this Declaration, a world without negative politics, the dishonesty of exploitative elites, violence, crime, poverty, disease, and death awaits us. Earth is to become a planet of awakened, and conscious beings living in love, friendship, eternal joy, and prosperity. Even criminals should be allowed to awaken and become conscious. Education should take place at least partly in nature. There would be no more pollution of the planet, and no more livestock farming. No living creature would suffer anymore.
Too good to be true? Maybe. Would it be easier to believe a prediction about a dark future? Why? I cannot (yet) fully believe Seno’s predictions either because I have neither the evidence nor the experience that he writes about in his books. But I can use the exercises he describes. I can relate my feelings (from the past), my assumptions, and my experiences to what is written in the Letters to Palkies. When I do this, I notice a certain correspondence between my own insights and Seno’s writing. For me, this is a good reason to continue studying the Letters to Palkies.
